Membership refund

I asked to cancel a membership I can not afford and feel I was taking advantage. I wasn't given a fair full 6 weeks to complete my challenge. I was only 6 lbs of my goal wait do to the gym closing the 1st 2 weeks I stayed due to weather, winter storms. And I wasn't given back the 500 deposit I was told was for commenting to for 6 weeks. And paid for 3 months 210 I couldn't use. I explained to them my situation and they didn't care and were not fair!!! Nothing was taken care of.. no apologies or refund of moneto dod

This company can be rewarding and once you get into a good place, can be used right. I found in order to make best use of costs I started going three times a week. I was unsure as to how to get an instructor to focus on me and keep me motivated and on track. -But that never happened. I felt really outcasted from the others get together as or any of that sort. I stopped going after 3 months of solid use. Ive been paying payments and I havent gone. They didnt even notice. I felt as if I fell through the tracks. Not saying that the instructors were bad, I personally thought I was paying for a personal coaching/ instructor/ nutritionist as lad on. Failing the 6 week challenge 4 weeks in felt horrible and considering I didnt connect with my instructor I had no one to reach out to me or reach out to. S considering that I went in there to help me mentally Im not feeling much of the benefit. Those couple months I was doing it constantly I had the best body I just wish I didnt waist hundreds and hundreds of dollars on the time not attended leadseem.

Membership refund

I purchased a membership in 2019 for almost 1000.00 and put it on hold and then the studio closed for Covid in 2020 and is now a new studio and I would like a refund as my membership was on hold. I requested a refund back in 2019 but they talked me into waiting and putting it on hold and now theyre no longer open as I love kickboxing and I would like a refund? How do I get a refund?

Worst experience - Rude behavior and bad customer experience

I had emailed Ilovekickboxing Cambridge during the month of July 2020 requesting for refund and I received a rude reply from Ilovekickboxing Cambridge studio representative. Later, I emailed to the Ilovekickboxing corporate office and till date there is no resolution nor an apology. This is really frustrating and a very bad experience for me. I would never go to any Ilovekickboxing studio hereafter, and I won't recommend the same to others as well.

New Management & their refusal to honor my purchase

The new owner does not honor the class package I purchased before he became an owner. I sent him a record of me paying over $470 for class package to be used by my family. I called several times and each time he said he would call me back, which he never did. I had a verbal agreement with the previous employee there that we could still use the class package until 12/31/2020. He flat out denied us to use any of the class packages since it's been over 1 year, although he can't even find the original contract. With my family issues and COVID I was only able to use 3 classes, for $470 payment. He told us that we are not welcomed at his business and hang up the phone. Really disappointed with the new management.

I email the billing department for freezing the month of December, and they never reply to me, and they charge me normally. In my email I was explaining important reasons due COVID-19 to freeze the month and no attention was given. Very disappointed!

Location closed and not answering calls or emails about my lessons!

Good Evening, I have reached out several times and received no call or email in response to my membership/classes. I paid ALOT of money and I would like someone to get back to me. Certain clubs are open and the franchise I signed up with is ignoring calls and emails and sent a rude email saying they are closed without addressing my concern. I need help getting in touch with someone! I am mot just throwing away my money. This is very unprofessional and bad business. I need this resolved please! Shortly after I signed up I sustained a knee injury which made it hard for me to walk. I notified the location and spoke to 3 people. 2 women and 1 man who reassured me at different times that I was okay to delay starting until I was ready. I reached out to Carrie last and both on Facebook and via text, I was reassured many times that I could use my package at anytime and that they did and would not expire. I think the response I got to my email wad very dismissive, unapologetic and RUDE!!! I want my money back or my lessons in a new location nearby. I had dialogue with Carrie where I expressed my physical condition and provided regular updates and was repeatedly reassured. I reached out today because with things slowly opening back up and a partial work from home schedule, I was going to try to resume lessons and start my package. I would appreciate it legally. Poor Customer Service

I've been trying to get a hold of them for a refund due to months on a prepaid membership that was not used due to the pandemic and there is zero response to emails and no one picking up the phones. Its terrible customer service and they are taking people's money and not clearly communicating the process for refunds.

I have 4 month with out use the membership for the COVID 19 plays after that I have problem they I can go no more for my surgery and problem for seizes and I love kick boxing still take out the money for my account no all body have access for internet for take the class to how is possible the company take money if is impossible use the membership I hope return the money and take consideración for all problem cause me in my bank and my self and I hope heard something about the company soon

Membership contract

I paid $280 for a month to month membership at ILOVEKICKBOXING (100 for deposit and 160 month, gloves, heart rate monitor etc) On the 5th class I tore my knee cap which the instructor clearly see me in excruciating pain. I messaged them later because they never answer there telephone and explained the situation, the next couple days I was getting supportive buddy buddy messages but as soon as I asked if they could freeze my account until I know more about my leg, I got messaged back that I need a doctors note, like literally I need to go pay money to prove my injury to these people, which is ridiculous when they clearly seen me hurt myself. After that I said okay just cancel my account, which then I got messaged DAYS later I need to email them to request that. So I email and I find out that you need 30 day notice to cancel, which is fair, but apparently now there counting the days when they received my email, which now obligates me to pay for another month. (&;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; of course it was all in fine print, but yet when I went over the membership they just said contact not email) I was literally trying to take care of this from the start and seemed like they were purposely delaying my text message conversations so I would be held to pay another month. Then the guys says actually it would be 30 days from this day so now I am technically having to pay 2 extra months! I just find this whole thing to be unethical. You think they would be a little more understanding and would just take everything into consideration and cancel for me. I technically paid almost $300 for 4 class and ill have to pay another $300 or so because of this. I told my mom the situation and she sent me a picture that said if your not satisfied with the results in 30 days you get full refund. As soon as I sent that picture and information to the trainer he then agreed to freeze my account. AFTER all that *** when thats what I originally wanted from the start. They're making me jump through hoops just to cancel my account or get a refund. Am I wrong to think this is unethical and shady?

I prepaid my membership and the location abruptly closed. I never received my refund. I have not heard anything from anyone and it has been 9 months since the location closed on me. Ridiculous.
